We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide reception services and administrative support in a busy office as a member of the Southern Region Administration Team.

You will be competent in general accounts administration, have demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and an excellent eye for detail. You will be able to provide a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors and a friendly welcome to our clients who are from a variety of backgrounds including culturally diverse clients and disadvantaged families.

We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide responsive administrative support to program staff and the Manager, Early Childhood.

This role works as part of the Early Childhood Team which provides services to pre-school aged children in kindergartens and child care centres and is primarily responsible for the office co-ordination, book keeping and programmatic support for the Early Childhood Services.

You will be required to have well developed office administration and organisational skills and proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and have an excellent eye for detail.
