We are seeking an experienced Intake Worker and Counsellor/Caseworker to be part of our Starting Out Program, working with young people who are pregnant, parents 25 years of age and younger, and their families.
Intake Worker
Part time position, working Mon-Fri 9.15am to 3.00pm. You will focus on intake, initial assessment and provision of a range of short-term interventions for young parents on the program’s waiting list. To be eligible for this role, you will have a degree in Social Work or an equivalent discipline.
Counsellor/caseworker
Full-time. The role involve provision of counselling and case work for young people who are pregnant and/or parenting. To be eligible for this role, you will have a tertiary qualification and experience in psychology, social work or an equivalent discipline.

Scope of the role
Reporting to the Program Manager of the Counselling Service, this role primarily focuses on working with children presenting with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties.

• Psychological assessments and reports.

Connections Eastern Family Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced psychologist interested in enhancing their clinical development in an expanding child and families focused counselling service in the east.
We are seeking a motivated individual who will be able to;
•Provide clinical services to Connections child and family clients.
•Provide clinical supervision to the counselling service psychologists and provisional psychologists on placement.
•Assist the Program Manager in the development of the counselling service programs.
The applicant needs to be eligible for registration as a supervisor with the Psychologists Registration Board of Victoria. A current Working with Children and Police check is mandatory prior to the beginning of the position
